摘  要:从蛇毒Duchesneaindica(Andr)Focke中分得9个化合物,经鉴定为:富马酸(fumaricacid),富马酸单甲酯(fumaricacidmonomethylester),胡萝卜甙(daucosterol),短叶苏木酚(brevifolin),山柰甙(kaempferitrin),19-羟基乌苏酸(pomolicacid),乌苏酸(ursolicacid),蓝化楹酸(euscaphicacid),β-谷甾醇。前6个化合物是首次从蛇莓属植物中得到,短叶苏木酚首次在蔷薇科植物中发现。Nine compounds were isolated from Duchesnea indica (Andr) Focke which was used as an anticancer herb in traditional Chinese medicine. They were identified as fumaric acid (Ⅰ), fumaric acid monomethyl ester (Ⅱ), daucosterol (Ⅲ), brevifolin (Ⅳ), kaempferitrin (Ⅴ), pomolic acid (Ⅵ), ursolic acid (Ⅶ), euscaphic acid (Ⅷ) and β-sitosterol(Ⅸ ).The former six compounds were obtaincd for the first time from the genus Duchesnea Smi th and brevifolin was obtained for the first time from family Rosaceae.
