四季三黄胶囊的剂型研究Ⅰ──与四季三黄丸溶出度的比较

摘　　要：通过对四季三黄丸与胶囊剂的定性鉴别，崩解度、释放度的比较，说明丸剂改成胶囊剂的可行性。其中定性鉴别斑点一致；丸剂崩解时限为５０ｍｉｎ，胶囊剂为５ｍｉｎ；以总蒽醌为指标，丸剂的Ｔ５０为９９．５ｍｉｎ，Ｔｄ为８６ｍｉｎ，胶囊剂的Ｔ５０为１５ｍｉｎ，Ｔｄ为２３．７５ｍｉｎ。The identification of Sijisanhuang Pills and Capsules,and the comparison of their disintegration degree and dissolution rate have proved the availability of preparing capsule. The experimental result is as follows:the identification spots are accordant with each other.The disintegration times of pills and capsules are 50min and 5min,respectively. Using total anthraquinone as index. T50 and Td of pills are 99.5min and 86min,but T50 and Td of capsulesare 15min and 23.75min.
