健脑补肾丸治疗更年期综合症临床实验研究

摘　　要：应用健脑补肾丸与乙酚随机分组治疗更年期综合征。其中健脑补肾丸治疗组５０例中脾肾阳虚型２５例，总有效率１００％；肝肾阴虚型２５例，总有效率９２．０％。乙酚组治疗５２例，总有效率７８．８５％。二组总有效率经统计学处理具有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），健脑补肾丸治疗更年期综合征疗效优于乙酚组。This article reported the clinical therapeutic results of Jinannaobushen Pills and diethylstilbestrolum for climacteric syndrome(grouping at random).Among 50 cases of Jinan naobushen Pills group,the total effective rate for type of deficiency of spleen and kidney-yang(25 cases)is 100%and for type of deficiency of liver and kidneyyin(25℃ cases)is 92.0%.Among 52 cases of diethylstilbestrolum group.,the total effective rate is 78. 85%. The total effective rates of two groups have a signifiacnt statistic difference(P<0.01).Jinanaobushen Pills is superior to diethylstilbestrolum in therapy of climacteric syndrome.
