中药复方栓剂中枯矾含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：采用湿法消化──分光光度法测定了复方栓剂中枯矾的含量，方法简便，灵敏度高，可用于复方制剂的质量控制。KAL(SO4)2is the processed product of Chinese materia medica Alumen,one of usual Chinese materia medicas for clinical exterior use.It possesses the effects of depriving the evil wetness and alleviating itching,decreasing dermatopathy with astrigents,stopping bleeding and eliminating rotten tissue,detoxifing and killing parasite.During research of Chinese materia medica compound suppositories containing KAL(SO4)2,the determination methods of KAL(SO4)2 were tested.The wet digestion-spectrophometry is used becauseof the difficult separation of KAL(SO4)2 and water-soluble base or other interfering compositions with each other when it is in compound prescription.This method is simple,highly sensitive,and can be applied in quality control of compound preparations.
