癌痛宁口服液对大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：癌痛宁口服液能显著降低全血高切、低切粘度及纤维蛋白原含量（Ｐ＜０．００１），并能显著降低血小板粘附率及体外血栓指数（Ｐ＜０．００１），从而改变血液循环，起到镇痛作用。Aitongning Oral liquid can obviously decrease the high-and -low-shear viscosities of whole blood and the content of fibrinogen(p<0.001),and the adhesion rate of thrombocyte and thrombus index in vitro(P<0.001),thus changes blood circulation and produces analgesic action.
