多指标综合研究中药半浸膏片乙醇制粒的生产工艺

摘　　要：用Ｌ９（３＾４）正交试验法，通过颗粒和片芯的几个质量指标的综合评分，考察了乙醇制粒工艺中的几个影响因素：搅拌时间＞浸膏温度＞酒精用量。选用搅拌时间为６ｍｉｎ，浸膏温度为５０℃，９５％酒精用量占浸膏重量的３５％为较好的制粒工艺条件。Some influential factors during granulating process with alcohol were investigated through the synthetic evaluation of several quality indexes about granule and tablet core by L9(34)orthogonal test. The raege analysis and variance analysis indicated that stirring time>extract temperature>alcohol amount. The optimum granulating conditions are 6 min of stir ring time,extract temperature at 50℃ and 35%of proportion of 95%alcohol amount to extract weight.
