摘 要:本文采用光镜及扫描电镜技术,观察反复穿刺动脉局部是否有管壁增厚、管腔狭窄等穿刺损伤。采用15只河北青山羊双侧颈总动脉及股动脉共60条血管,在反复穿刺后15min至半年期间采集标本进行观察,结果提示:(1)内膜修复良好,(2)整个管壁弹性组织损伤,损伤处由胶原纤维充填修复,(3)未发现管壁增厚、管壁狭窄及附壁血栓形成。We used light microscope(LM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) technique to observe if repeated artery regional punctrues can result in carotid wall pachynsis,artery stenosis and mural thrombosis,etc.We selected 60 blood vessels of carotid artery and femoral artery of 15 Hebei green goats.A series of samples were collected during a period of time from 15 minutes to 6 months after repeated punctures to be studied with LM and SEM on the degree of the injuries.The result showed that1) regeneration was good on the endothelial cell of the artery;(2)perforation was caused on the elastic fenestra membrane of the artery wall,which was padded by collagen fibers;(3)repeated punctures do not cause artery pachynsis,artery stenosis or mural thrombosis.
