摘　　要：以１１０起建筑倒塌事故为研究对象，调查并分析了事故的主要原因。阐述了加强建设监理工作的必要性和重要性、建设监理的性质和任务，以及监理工程师所应具备的素质。指出，减少并进一步根除建筑工程事故的有效手段之一是进行建设监理。This Paper takes 110 collapsed - buildings as research objective and investigates andanalysizes the main reasons that cause the building collapse. Also the paper expounds the nature and task of building supervision and quality of supervision engineerer. It indicates thatbuilding supervision is one of the effective measures to reduce and finally eradicate the building accidents. Finally it points out the necessity and importance of building supervision.
