摘　　要：β＿２整合素与选择素的结构和功能广州第一军医大学病理生理教研室（５１０５１５）赵智晖，赵克森Ｓｔｒｕｃｔｕｒｅａｎｄｆｕｎｃｔｉｏｎｏｆｉｎｔｅｇｒｉｎβ＿２ａｎｄｓｅｌｅｃｔｉｎＺｈａｏＺｈｉ－Ｈｕｉ，ＺｈａｏＫｅ－ＳｅｎｇＤｅｐａｒｔｍｅｎｔｏｆ...Abstract Adhesion molecules are glycoproteins which mediate the connection between cell and cell or cell and tissue metrix Integrin β_2( leukocyte integrin ) is a subgroup of integrin family and has three members(LFA-1 ,Mac-1 ,p150 , 95).They are heterodimers non-covalently linked by same β subunit and different α subunit.β_2 inte-grins participate many adhesion-dependent reactions of leukocytes and play an important role in embryogenesis,inflammation, ischemia-reperfusion injury, and tumor metastasis. Selectin family also has three members(L-selectin,E-selectin,P-selectin).They formed a family with similar structure and function,which characterized by an amino terminal domain, homologous to C-type lectins and an adjacent epidermal growth factor-like domain followed by variable number of complement regulatory-like modules, a transmembrane sequence and a short cytoplasmic sequence at carboxul terminus. Selectins mainly mediate the rolling stage,the first and speed-limitation stage of leukocyte-endothelial adhesion.The structure and function of integrin β_2 and selectin have been being well investigated.
