前列腺素E_1对内毒素致家兔急性肺损伤的治疗效应

摘　　要：本实验以一次性静注大肠杆菌内毒素（ｅｎｄｏｔｏｘｉｎ，ＥＴ，７０μｇ／ｋｇ）方法复制家兔急性肺损伤模型，在实验过程中观察动物血压、血气变化及肺组织病理学改变，结果前列腺索Ｅ＿１（ｐｒｏｓｔａ－ｇａｎｄｉｎＥ＿１，ＰＧＥ＿１）治疗组轻于发病组，采用ＰＧＥ＿１治疗内毒素所致的急性肺损伤有一定疗效。A model of acute lung injury ( ALI)was induced by a single intra-venous injection of endotoxin(700μg/kg)to rabbits. During the experiment, the bloodpressure ( BP )and blood gases were measured carefully, The pulmonary histologicchanges were examined both under electronic and optical microscope,The results showedthat the changes in prostaglandin E_1 treated group were much slighter than the those inuntreated group. PGE_1 inhibited the aggregation of granulocytes,improved pulmonarymicrocirculation,depressed interstitial edema,kept the vesscl endothelial cells intactin the lung and so on. It was suggested that FGE_1 had therapeutic effccts on ALIinduced by E. coli endotoxin.
