摘  要:先天性胸腺缺陷的裸鼠及正常BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射二氧化硅(SiO_2)后,连续8周动态观察血清IgM,IgG,抗ssDNA抗体的变化及其与矽结节形成的关系,结果表明:两组实验鼠在形成矽结节过程中,免疫反应不同,BALB/C鼠诱导形成的矽结节明显大于裸鼠组,BALB/c组鼠血清IgM,IgG,裸鼠组血清IgM明显升高,两组鼠抗ssDNA抗体均异常升高,BALB/c鼠组抗ssDNA抗体阳性率明显高于裸鼠组,结果说明T细胞在矽结节形成过程中有一定作用,血清抗体的异常升高作为继发因素参与矽结节形成。The silicotic nodules were induced by silica intraperitoneal injection in nu/nu mice and BALB/c mice.In 8 weeks,the size of silicatic nodules induced in BALB/cmice was bigger than that of the nu/nu mice.The serum titer of IgM,IgG antibodies inBALB/c and IgM in nu/nu mice were higher than that of the control.The high level of IgGantibody in BALB/c mice maintained at least for 8 weeks.The titer of anti-ssDNA anti- body was high in both mice,but the positive reactivity of anti-ssDNA antibody in BALB/cwas greater than that of nu/nu mice.These results indicated that the T cells might beresponsible for inducing silicotic noludes.The abnormalties of serum antibodies may haveresulted from the silica stimulation.The autoantibody may have stimulated the formationof the silicatic nodules.
