我国牧草种质资源研究的成就与展望

摘　　要：本文提出了牧草种质资源的研究内容及方向任务，通过对我国近年来牧草种质资源研究工作状况的分析表明，我国的研究工作尽管起步晚，但进展迅速，成绩显著，解决了一些关键的技术和方法；初步查清了牧草种的多样性，搜集到大批种质；建立了先进保存设施，开始了保种和供种；完成了大批量种质性状鉴定和评价，评选出一批优良种质，筛选出一批可直接用于生产的优良草种和品种；初步建立起信息服务系统。针对存在的主要问题，提出了研究工作的重点和对策：解决保护和利用中关键技术，重点搜集、深入研究，促进本研究领域发展，为科研和生产服务。展望了我国牧草种质资源研究的发展方向和应用前景。The research contents and tasks of forage germplasm resource research are shown in this paper. After analysing the recent situation of forage germplasm resource research in China,we could conclude that although our study in this field does not start early,it progress rapidly and obviously. Some key technology and method problems have been solved.The genetic diversity of herbages was primarily studied, A lot of germplasm has been collected.The advanced conservation service which could protect and provide seeds was set.Basing on the results of evaluation,we distinguished a set of striking germplasm and selected some species and varieties which could be directly' sed in pro-duction. The information service system was built.To solve the key problem , we pro- posed the main research contents and policies, including to grasp the key techniques of conservation and utilization,to collect germplasm in the importantareas, to make thor-ough reaearch,to improve the germplasm study and to providr service for scientific re-search and production. The paper indicates the developing direction and prospect of for-age germplasm resource research in China.
