经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术引起交界裂开的二维超声观察的研究

摘　　要：本研究通过应用二维超声心动图（２－ＤＥ）对８例行直视球囊二尖瓣成形术（ＤＶＢＭＶ）及１００例行经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术（ＰＢＭＶ）治疗前后的二尖瓣口（ＭＶＯ）形态变化进行分析，探讨ＰＢＭＶ后交界裂开的ＴＤＥ征象。研究结果表明：（１）交界裂开的直接征象是裂开的交界处舒张期出现回声失落征象（ＥＬＳ）；（２）间接征象包括ＭＶＯ的横径、前后经、瓣口面积及裂开的交界处夹角显著增大。To search the two-dimensional echocardiographic signs of mitral commissural splitting re-sulted from percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV),the morphologic changes of mitral valve orifice(MVO)were analysed by two-dimensional echocardiography before and after balloon mitral valvuloplasty in 8 patients underwent direct vision balloon mitral valvuloplasty(DVBMV)and in 100 patients underwent PBMV。The results showed that 1)the direct sign of commissural splitting is echo loss sign(ELS)occured in splitted commissure during diastolic period, and 2)the indirect signs of commissural splitting including transverse diame-ter,anteroposterior diameter,mitral valve area and angle of splitted commissure of MVO are all increased signifi-cantly.
