二维彩色多普勒对左心室条束心功能的探讨

摘　　要：本文对２４０例左心室条束的患儿心脏收缩功能进行了观察，发现左心室条束对心脏功能的影响与有无症状无关，而与左心室条束的形态分布有关，当左心室条束是沿着室间隔走行终止于左室流出道时心脏指数、心输出量、射血分数、心轴缩短率与对照组比较有显著性差异，非沿室间隔走行者无统计学意义，Ｐ＞０．０５。Heart function of 240 cases with left ventricular bands(LVB)were observed sonographi-cally.It showed that the systolic function did not necessarily relate to the presence of LVB,but related to the morphology and distribution of the bands. when LVB located along the ventricular septum and attached to the ventricular outflow tract,the CO,CI,EF and FS were decreased and statstical differences presented.
