摘　　要：本研究应用多平面经食管动态三维超声显像新技术，对１５例各种心血管病患者和５例正常人进行研究，展现了心血管病超声诊断的新视野。To display the three-dimensional imaging of cardiovasculdr diseases,we studied 20 cases by Tomtec computer-based dynamic three-dimenxional reconstruction system,including mitral valve stenos6;mi-tral valve prolapse 2;interatrial septum defect 3;aortic valve prolapse 1,congenital subaortic stenosis1,1,aortic dissection 1;pericardial tunior 1 and normal subjects 5, The results show that the dynamic motion of all the valves and heart structures can be seen in three-dimensionally. Any desired plane of the heart also can be visual-ized by adjusting the plane direction of α,βand γ angle. It would be expected that dynamic three-dimensional re-construction by the method of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography has strong clinical potential for the cardiac diagnosis.
