静注声振微气泡左心声学造影的实验研究

摘　　要：在１０条开胸犬，经周围静脉分别注射声振７０６代血浆及Ｇｅｌｉｆｕｎｄｏｌ（０．５ｍｌ／ｋｇ）进行左心声学造影。结果：左室显影成功率１００％。二种造影剂石室密集显影时间。肺转运时间及左室显影持续时间间无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。To investigate the left-side contrast echocardiography,two sonicated agents lnjectio Hydrox-yethylamyli and Gelifundol were used for peripheral venous injection into the 10 experimental dogs.The lef-side contrast effect was observed on the apical chamber view.Contrast echo appeared in left-side heart was 100%of the 60 peripheral venous injections,The time of persistence of dense contrast of right ventricle,the pulmonary transit time and time of perxistence of contrst of left ventricle all showed no statistically significant difference between these two agents.
