摘  要:利用B超测量,调查了严重碘缺乏病区晚期妊娠维吾尔族妇女207例,甲状腺触诊肿大率为67.63%(140/207)、B超肿大率为70.05%(145/20)。查到死胎4例,占调查孕妇的1.92%.对其中妊娠28~40周的196例孕妇,测量了胎儿的双顶径(BPD)和股骨长径(FL),并用BPD和FL推算出的孕龄与正常发育参数进行了比较。发现缺碘孕妇宫内胎儿发育普遍落后;妊娠第8,9,10个月,BPD发育落后率分别为66.13%,66.13%,96.00%;FL落后率分别为50.94%、64.52%、82.00%。孕龄落后随孕周增长变得更加明显,妊娠28~31周,胎儿孕龄平均延迟1周.妊娠32~36周,孕龄延迟2~3周.妊娠37~40周,孕龄延迟3~5周。表明在妊娠晚期,碘缺乏对胎儿宫内的发育影响已十分明显,提示在碘盐补碘尚未落实的病区,孕女应作为补碘保护和动态监测的重点人群。cases of Uigur later-pregnant women living in severe iodine deficient areas were examined with ultrasonography. The results showed that their thyroid enlargement rates were 67.63%(140/207) by palpation and 70. 05% (145/207) with ultrasonography. Fetal death of four cases(1. 92%) was found. Biparietal diameter (BPD) and femur length (FL) of fetus among all women(n=196) with 28 ̄40 pregnant weeks were measured. After comparing the pregnancy age caculated from BPD and FL with the normal growth parameters,we found that the intrauterine development of fetus in women with iodine deficiency generally fell behind. At the eighth,ninth andtenth month of pregnancy, the retardation rates of BPD development were 37. 7%, 66. 13% and96. 00%, respectively; and the retardation rates of FL development were 50. 94%, 64. 52% and82. 00%,respectively. The retardation of pregnant age became more obvious with the increment ofpregnancy. In 28th ̄31sh week of pregnancy,the pregnant age of fetus averagely retarded about 1week ;in 32 ̄36th week, retarded about 2 ̄3 weeks; in 37 ̄40th week,about 3 ̄5 weeks. Theseresults indicated that during the later-pregnancy,the influence of iodine deficiency to fetus had already been very evident. It suggested that the pregnant women in endemic areas where the iodinesupplement measures were still not implemented should be the priority population to be givenboth protection of iodine supplement and dynamic surveillance.
