胆结石患者胆囊排空功能的超声研究

摘　　要：６４例胆结石患者胆囊排空能力的超声研究结果表明，大多数胆结石患者空腹胆囊容积和脂餐后残余容积增大，胆囊排空功能减弱，当脂餐后６０分钟，胆囊排空率＜１２％时，提示胆囊颈或胆囊管梗阻。Ultrasound study on gallbladder emptying in 64 cases with gallstone was reported.It demon-strated that the rasting and the residual gallbladder volurne were increased and the postprandial emptying delayed in most patients with gallstones. If gallbladder emptying rate is less than 1 2% one hour fatty meal,the neck or the cystic duct obstruction. is suggested.
