正常老年人颈动脉壁厚度及超声多普勒血流参数测定

摘　　要：本文用彩色双功超声仪对４０例无临床心脑血管疾病证据的６０岁以上老年人的８０根颈动脉进行检查，测定动脉壁内膜－中层厚度（ＩＭＴ）、血管内径和多种血流参数。提出颈总动脉或颅内动脉的ＩＭＩ≥１．０ｍｍ，或分叉部的ＩＭＴ＞１．０ｍｍ时可诊断为颈动脉壁异常增厚。本文发表的正常老年人颈动脉超声叁数测值可为深入研究动脉粥样硬化及颈动脉疾病提供参考资料。Forty subjects,aged≥60 years,without clinical evidence of cardiocerebral vascular disease were examined by color duplex sonography,yielded 80 carotid arteries for analysis.The carotid luminal diameter,intima-media thickness(IMT)and a variety of flow parameters were all measured.Thickness of intima-media of the common carotid and internal carotid wall greater of equal to 1.omm was defined as abnormal.The normal da-ta provided in this paper may be useful for future studies of atherosclerosis and carotid artery disease in Chinese population.
