慢性布病中医分型辨治及其内分泌功能的研究

摘　　要：本文报告了慢性布病中医分型辨治,慢性布病人下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质系统和甲状腺系统功能的研究。结果表明:按中医理论把慢性布病人分为肝肾虚亏、经络阻滞、气血虚弱和湿热阴虚4型。并对前3型分别用全归饮(丸)、蠲痛汤(丸)、双补汤治疗取得较好疗效;证实了慢性布病人存在着潜隐性或轻度肾上腺皮质甲状腺系统功能减退;值得提出的是肝肾虚亏阳虚证病人,24h尿的17羟含量低于正常,而用全归饮治疗后其含量明显提高达正常水平。从而揭示此方药治疗该证型病人的疗效,是通过药物作用和调节下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺皮质功能取得的。并可把测慢性布病人尿17羟含量作为该证型病人诊断和疗效判定客观指标。The paper reported the research in Chinese Medicine dassiffieation of differentiation, hypothala-mus -pituitary - adrenocontical system and thyroid of the chronic brucellosis. The results showed that the chronic brucellosis can be divided into 4 types. known as deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin , blockage of channel, deficiency of both qi and blood, damp-heat deficiency of yin , according to the traditional Chinese Medicine theory. The satisfactory curative effects could be obtained when Quan Gui Yin, Juan Tong Wan, Shuang Bu Tang was used to treat the first 3 types, and centificated the function of the atrenal confex system of the patients with the chronic brucellosis was lower than normal. The urine 17 hydroxyconticostenoids content of the patient with deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, and insufficiency of yang was lower than normal. The content was improved clearly after the patients took the Quan Guei Yin. The effect obtarfed was through the medicine regulated the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocontical. The urine 17 hydroxyconticosteroids content of the patient of chronic brucellosis was targeted objectively for diagnose and treatment.
