摘 要:氟对离体肝细胞的增殖有一定的抑制作用。这种抑制作用在加入特异性肝细胞刺激生长因子(HSS)后并不能被取消。同时氟似可降低肝细胞的LDH、ALT活性。以上结果提示,用促肝细胞增殖类药物治疗合并氟中毒的肝炎患者时,应同时驱氟;不宜用LDH、ALT的升高评价氟中毒的肝损害或合并氟中毒的肝炎患者,这可能会出现部分假阴性。Regeneration of cultured hepatocytes was partly retarded by adding 0. 2 mMol NaF in the culture media . And the effect still presented even after adding HSS in the culture media. It seems that the activity of LDH and ALT outside hepatocytes was decreased in the fluoride groups . The results suggest that the hepatic patients with chronic endemic fluorosis should be treated by expelling fluoride while treating the primary hepatic damages . Considering falsenegative influence, it seems that LDH or ALT is not always suitable to be used to measure the hepatic damage caused by fluoride and the hepatitis complicated with fluorosis.
