摘 要:作者应用经异种抗体吸收的羊种布氏菌16M及0:3型小肠结肠炎耶氏菌(Ye0:3)菌体抗原做ELISA对3个种6株布氏菌及Ye0:9感染的兔血清检测的结果表明,对同种抗原的抗体显示高滴度而对异种抗原的抗体则为阴性反应。这明显优于用16M及Ye0:3外膜蛋白抗原做ELISA的鉴别结果。 另外,对从4省布病现场收集的人、畜血清366份用本法进行了检测。结果表明,对两种抗体的鉴别结果较好。并且,这两种抗原的制备容易且能大量生产,对鉴别上述两种抗体具有重要的实用意义。Anzyme-linked immunosorbent assay have been developed for serological differentiation of habbit serum antibodies against 6 strains of Brucella and that against Yersinia enterocolitica serotype O : 9 (Ye O : 9) with whole bacteria antigen of B. 16M and Ye O : 3. The two kinds of whole bacteria antigens were absorbed with variant antibody. The results showed that higher antibody tires to the same species antigen and that negative to variant antigen. So as above 16M and Ye O : 3 whole bacteria antigens were better than OMP in detection of antibodies against Brucella and Ye O : 9 by EL1SA. In addition , 366 serum of human and cattle have been detected from fields of Brucellosis in 4 provinces. The results suggest that differentiation between serum antibodies of Brucella and Ye O : 9 could be well made. In the same time, the preparation of the two kinds of antigens are rather easy and may be mass. So that the ELISA is practicable for serological differentiation between antibodies against Brucella and Ye O : 9.
