钙对模拟克山病偏食喂养大鼠甲状腺素代谢的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了克山病偏食饲料及在这种饲料中补充钙和硒、VitE对大鼠甲状腺素代谢的影响。结果表明,用偏食饲料喂养大鼠的血清钙水平仅及常规食组一半,T_3↓、T_4↑、TSH↑;饲料补钙后T_3↑、T_4↑、TSH↓;补硒、VitE后T_3↑、T_4↓、TSH↓,表明钙在病区粮偏食喂养大鼠的甲状腺素代谢中起重要作用,补充钙同时补充硒和VitE效果更好。The effects of mimic endemic monotonous diet (EM diet) susceptible to Keshan Disease and that supplemented with Ca or/and Se, Vit E on Thyroid hormone (TH) metabolism of rats were studied. The results demonstrated that the EM diet serum Ca level was half of Stock diet group, T3 ↓ , T4 ↑ , TSH ↓ . When the EM diet was supplemented with Ca the serum T3 ↑ , T4 ↑ , TSH ↓ ; when the EM diet was supplemented with Se, Vit E the serum T3 ↑ , T4↓ , TSH ↓ . It is suggested that Ca plays an important role in the TH metabolism . When the EM diet were supplemented with both Ca and Se, VitE the result was better.
