摘  要:用三氯醋酸(TCA)及硫酸铵(AS)综合法从布氏菌菌液中制备了纯化的新型布氏菌素—布氏菌纯蛋白衍生物,简称“Br—PPD”。多次动物试验证明,Br—PPD具有良好的变态反应原性。用BrS_2菌株制备了3批Br—PPD,特异性蛋白含量均在95%以上,多糖、核酸含量均在3%以下。经Br—PPD与参考标准品标化后,其特异性和敏感性基本一致,两者反应曲线无显著差异。其它试验均达到Br—PPD生产规程要求。Bruecllin purified protein derivative (Br-PPD) was purified from Brucella suspension by trichloroacetic acid and ammonium sulfate methods. Tests confirmed that Br-PPD is a very good allergen for diagnosing brucellosis. 3 lots of them were prepared and proteins component is more than 95% in them. Comparison and analysis of the Br-PPD and France brucellin were done with guinea-pigs skin tests. The results showed that speciality and sensitivity of Br-PPD as well as France brucellin. Other tests results fit in with minimum requirement for producing Br-PPD.
