摘　　要：本文通过抗鼠疫血清、鼠疫噬菌体及抗鼠疫噬菌体血清人工传代方法,对149005号和149008号鼠疫菌进行诱变,获得了F_1^-、VW^-、F_1^-VW^-Pgm^-和抗鼠疫噬菌体的非典型鼠疫菌,为非典型鼠疫菌的研究建立了实验基础。We studied the temptation and change for Y. pestis(149005&149008)with artificial propa-gational method that using anti-serum ,phage and anti-phage serum of Y. pestis ,and obtained an atypical Y. pestis:FI,VW,FI,VW,FI,VW pgm and anti-Y. phage. The base of test was provided by these for the study on atypical Y. pestis.
