摘 要:用ELISA法检查大骨节病病区病户面粉15份,其中10份T-2毒素为阳性,全距为2.0~1549.4ng/g,均数468.7ng/g;病区村、镇市售面粉8份,其中7份阳性.全距为2.5~885.3ug/g,均数244.0ng/g;基本控制病区样品4份,阳性1份,含量35.6ng/g。;非病区面粉15份,阳性10份,全距2.0~248.7ug/g,均数84.2ng/g.在前述各地采集的大米、小米、黄米等粒状食粮均没有或仅有痕迹量的T-2毒素检出。对T-2毒素致大骨节病的病因学意义作了扼要讨论。We examined T-2 toxin content in wheat flour and the other grain from KBD areas and non-KBD areas using indirect competitive ELISA method based on monoclonal antibody. Of fifteen sick families of KBD areas, ten were found out T-2 toxin (range 2. 0 ̄1549. 4ng/g, mean 468.7ng/g); Of eight samples of wheat flour from the markets in the same KBD areas, seven were found out T-2 toxin (range 2.5 ̄ 885.3ng/g, mean 244.0ug/g); Of four samples of wheat flour from KBD controlled areas, one was found out T-2 toxin, and its content was 35.6ng/g; Of fifteen samples of wheat flour from non-KBD areas, ten were found out T-2 toxin (range 2. 0 ̄248. 7ng/g, mean 84.2ng/g). There was no T-2 toxin to be found out, or only to be trace in rice, millet, and blutinous millet collected in the areas mentioned above. Meanwhile, writers briefly discussed the significance of etiology of KBD caused by T-2 toxin.
