摘  要:本文采用解析法求解了一种新型矿用电机──表面开环形槽的复合转子异步电机的三维磁场,得到了考虑铁磁体饱和时的三维磁场分布;提出了电机端部系数的实用计算公式;通过实验结果,证明了磁场分析与参数计算的正确性。The feature of a newly developed induction motor is presented,the motor rotor is composite as usual but with ring slots on the outer steel shell surface for reducing the eddy current losses. The efficiencies of the prototype motor are increased by 10%,on average,on various operation conditions. By using analytical method the 3-D electromagnetic field distribution of the motor is obtained with regarding to steel core saturation,the pratical calculation formula of the end coefficient is also provided. Calculated and measured results on a prototype motor show that the proposed method and formula are correct.
