摘  要:本文对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)与四种不同结构离聚物(Ionomer)的共混体系的相容性及形态结构用差示扫描量热(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法进行了详细的研究。结果表明,在通常条件下,PET与Surlyn Na型(S-Na)以及Aclyn钠型与Zn型(A-Na与A-Zn)离聚物为不相容的两相体系,但离聚物的加入,由于离子-偶极间的作用使共混物中PET组分的了Tg略有增高;当离聚物含量高于9%时,共混体系的相容性有所改善;适当的热处理条件下,PET与离聚物间可发生一定的化学反应而使共混体系的相客性得以明显改善。结果还表明,离聚物骨架链的结构以及离子的种类均对共混体系的相容性及形态结构有一定的影响。The compatibility and phase morphology of PET blends with four different ionomers have been studied in detail bv using DSC and SEM methods. The results indicate that PET is immiscible with either Surlyn Na or Aclyn Na and Zn ionomers under general conditions. Comparing with virgin PET, the Tg of the PET in the blend systems seems to be shifted toward higher temperatures due to the interaction of ion-dipole existing between ionomer and PET components. As the content of ionomer is increased up to 9%, the compatibility of the PET blends with Surlyn Na and Aclyn Na including 276A and 285A is somewhat improved; a significant improvement, in the compatibility could be achieved by heat treatment of the blends under molten state because of some chemical reaction occured. The results also show that the compatibility and phase morphology are somehow influenced by the backbone structures and the counter ions of the ionomers.
