摘  要:海洋波力发电装置用材防护研究张丽华,赵灵源,林联灏,陆明生(中国科学院上海冶金研究所上海20050)1前言海洋波力发电装置是将海洋的波浪能转换成电能的新型节能装置,其应用前景十分广阔,近年来已用于航标灯、气象遥测浮标等[‘,‘]。它先将波浪能通过中心...An aluminium-magnesium alloy was selected for manufacturing components in ocean wave power generating equipment on the basis of corrosinn protection considerations. Its corrosion resistance was remarkably improved by anodizing. The properties of anodic film were evaluated using weight-gain during film formation, metallography and salt spray test.Comparing the results of a series of testing, the optimum conditions for anodizing process were established. Salt spray tests indicated that the anodized Al-Mg alloy exhibited corrosion resistance 30 times better than the original Al-Si alloy. Trial use of several components on the sea for one year proved the practical applicability of this corrosion protection approach.
