摘　　要：在阐述TTC—脱氢酶活性测定基本原理及其常温萃取测定法的基础上,介绍了该分析方法在剩余污泥好氧消化处理、生物转盘处理生物制品废水、陶粒柱反应器低温生物预处理饮用水以及吸附再生活性污泥法处理含酚废水研究中的应用情况。In this paper,on the basis of expounding basic principle for the examination of TTC - dehydrogenase activity by extraction method at normal temperature,the application of this method is presented to bio - treatment studies such as aerobic digestion treatment of excess sludge,treatment of biological product wastewater by biological rotating contactor,drinking water biopretreatment at low temperature by eeramsite column and treatment of phenol -containing wastewater by activated sludge process of absorption regeneration.
