摘  要:叙述了塑料孔板波纹填料厌氧生物滤池处理印染废水的研究结果。该厌氧生物滤池启动期短,出水水质稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强。水力停留时间HRT是影响处理效果的主要运行参数。在35℃条件下,HRT=18.3h、有机负荷为0.5~2.0kgCOD/m^3·d、进水COD为205.8~2225.3mg/L、色度为125~1250倍时,COD去除率为70~86.6%、色度去除率为60~84%、PVA去除率为40~87%。试验结果表明,塑料孔板波纹填料是一种理想的厌氧滤池填料。This paper describes experimental studies on treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by anaerobic filter with corrugated sheet packing of plastic. The start - up period of the fillter was relatively short,and its effluent quality was stable. The filter was not sensitive to shock loadings. HRT is a main operation parameter affecting effluent quality. The filter was operated at temperature of 35 + 1 C ,HRT of 18. 3h,OLR' s of 0. 6 - 2. 0KgCOD (m3d) .influent COD concentrations of 205. 3 - 2225. 3mg/L and color range of 125 - 1250 dilution ratios,and the removals of COD,color and PVA were 70. 0-88. 6%, 60-84% and 40-87% respectively. The study results showed that the corrugated sheet packing of plastic is an ideal packing media for anaerobic filter.
