摘 要:分别用1.393nmol/L、0.697nmol/L奋斗呐处理嗜人按蚊4龄幼虫,用离心法收集成蚊血淋巴,测定其蛋白含量和蛋白酶活性。与对照组相比,用药组血淋巴蛋白含量显著增加,蛋白酶活性显著降低,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),表明奋斗呐对蚊虫血淋巴蛋白含量和蛋白酶活性均有明显的影响。The fourth instar larvae of Anopheles anthropophagus were treated two dosages(1.393nmol/L and 0. 697nmol/L)of Fendona. Hymolymph was collected from adult mosquitoesby centrifugation , and the content of protein and activity of proteinase were determined by bio-chemical method.The protein contents were more than those of the control groups and the pro-teinase activities were lower than those of the control groups. There was striking significant dif-ference(P<0. 01) between the treated groups and the control groups. The results showed thatFendona influences remarkably protein content and proteinase activity in hemolymph ofmosquitoes.
