摘 要:为探讨小盾纤恙螨在EHFV传播中的媒介意义,观察了在该螨中EHFV经期传播的直接证据和能否在螨体内增殖。方法是将螨幼虫、若虫分批进行EHFV分离,测定病毒的TCID(50)/ml滴度。结果在该螨幼虫期和若虫期均分离到EHFV,但在幼虫演变到若虫前40天左右,EHFV可在其体内消失,以后再度出现;病毒滴度在幼虫期逐渐下降,随后再度上升。结果证明EHFV可经期传播,并在螨体内有增殖的现象。in order to gain direct evidences on trans-stadial transmission and proliferation in mites .we isolated EHFV from larva.nymph and measured its TCID(50) titre. EHFV in the infected mites which were at larva stage and adult stage were positive,but EHFV in the mites which were about 40 days before nymphwere negative, after then EHFV were again positive.The titre EHFV'of in the infected mites became graduately low at midle-stage of larva and then rose at nymph stage. The results showed that EHFV can be transmited from stage to stage and proliferatd in mites.
