兔足重度（Ⅲ、Ⅳ）冻伤后血液有形成分的变化

摘　　要：对２２只右后足Ⅲ、Ⅳ度冻伤的家兔冻伤前、冻伤后１２、２４、４８、７２ｈ分别采耳缘静脉血，进行血液有形成分９项指标的测定。结果表明，重度（Ⅲ、Ⅳ）冻伤早期白细胞（ＷＢＣ）数呈上升趋势，与冻伤前比较ＰＭ＜０．０１，与冻伤后不同时间呈直线相关，（ｒ＝０．９７４，Ｐ＜０．０１）。回归方程Ｙ＝１２．７１６＋０．１５１Ｘ（Ｘ：冻伤后时间）；血红蛋白（ＨＧＢ）、血细胞容积比（ＨＣＴ）冻后１２ｈ一过性升高（与冻伤前比Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．０５），而后下降，变化基本一致；血小板（ＰＬＴ）冻伤后１２、２４ｈ降低与冻伤前比较有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０１）。rabbits with serious degree 3 to frostbite on right hind Were studied. Nine indexes of visible component of blood extracted from rabbit ear marginal veins were determined with autohemoanalysor before and at 12h、24h、48h and 72h after frostbite. The results were as follows: White Blood Cell (WBC) count of initial stage of frostbite was in a ascendant tend and presented statisticaly a significant difference as compared with that before frostbite; WBC count in different time post frostbite was a linear correlation and their correlation coefficient r=0. 974 (P<0. 01 ); regression equation Y=12. 716+0. 15lX .which was obtained by using WBC count in different time after frostbite as X to calculate. Hemoslobin (HGB)and Hematocrit (HCT) at 12h post frostbite presented a transient ascenssion and then fallen. The differencr in HGB and GCT was significant (P<0. 01, P<0. 05 ) as compared with those before and after frostbite. respectively. Plalelet (PLT )count at 12h and 24h post frostbite was in a decline but the values before frostbite remained singnificant difference(p<0.01 and PR0. 05) as compared with each other.
