摘　　要：本文论述了桥梁对风反应中兼有强迫振动和自激振动两种特点的涡激振动及其抗风设计和制振装置，并对制振效果提出了分析意见。This paper deals with the vortex-induced vibration having the behavior ofboth forced vibration and self-excited vibration in the responses of bridge to wind.The wind-resisting design and vibration control installation are put forward with the vibration controleffect analysis.
