摘 要:为了对饮用水低温生物预处理技术的应用与开发提供实验依据,在利用陶粒柱连续流生物反应器,于低温(水温2~5℃)季节,对某水源水进行预处理的同时,研究与探讨了陶粒生物膜的特性。结果表明,反应器不同高度载体表面生物膜量不同;构成陶粒生物膜的微生物有细菌、丝状菌、球衣细菌、硅藻、单体钟虫以及属于后生动物的线虫等;反应器内生物陶粒的活性细菌数目(ABN)大约在105~108个/cm3范围内;在陶粒生物膜中分离到6种优势菌属,其中假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)占绝对优势,它们可能是反应器在低温条件下有效去除微量有机物的主要细菌。Using the biological reactor of ceramic media column in continuous flow for the pretreatment of certain source water in cold season(water temp. 2~5℃),the characteristics of the bio-film of ceramic media was studied and discussed to further provide experimental evidence for the application and development of bio-pretreatment of drinking water at low temperature. Results showed that bio-film mass on the media surface at different levels of the reactor were different from each other; the bio-film of ceramic media were made up of bacterium,filamentous organisms,sphaerotilus, diatom, single vorticella and nematode belonging to metazoa; activated bacteria number(ABN) of bio-ceramic media in the reactor was 105~108/cm3; from the bio-film of ceramic media,6 superior genus were isolated, of which pseudomonas is the most dominant,being the primary bacteria in the reactor which could remove the trace organic matter effectively at low temperature.
