摘　　要：用消衍射方法能改善列阵透镜的照明均匀性。本文详细研究了振幅型边缘软化，位相型边缘软化和硬边波纹光阑等技术在高功率激光靶面均匀照明技术中的应用。Using the amplitude apodized edge, phase apodized edge and serrated edge, the illumination uniformity of the focus spot can be improved by suppressing the diffraction of the lens array. In this peper, the characters of these three methods are analysed and applied to the uniform illumination of high power lasers.
