摘　　要：通过对６７骶髂关节病损所致腰腿痛病人的临床分析，归纳出４种临床类型：（１）单纯性骶髂关节疼痛；（２）应力传导性疼痛；（３）感应性疼痛；（４）放射性疼痛。同时介绍了７种主要的物理检查方法。封闭是治疗骶髂关节病损所致腰腿痛的重要手段。patients with low back pain due to disorder and injury of the sacroiliac articulation were analyzed. Four kinds of clinical types were summed up: (1) pure sacroiliac articulation pain; (2) stress transfer pain: (3) refered pain: (4) radiating pain. Seven kinds of methods of physical examination were introduced. Nerve blocking therapy in the sacroiliac articulation pain is a main method of treatment.
