摘 要:二氯苯醚菊酯500mgai/m ̄2浸泡PVC网(孔径为0.4cm×1.0cm)和棉纱网(孔径为0.3cm×0.5cm)在实验室的特效生物测试结果显示,浸后17个月内对中华按蚊的毒杀平均死亡率分别为92.1%和87.9%。上述两种网分别在实验小屋悬挂窗、门和窗阱出口处对蚊媒的毒效显示,PVC网浸后2~219d对中华按蚊和三带喙库蚊的平均死亡率分别为80.4%和73.7%,减少两种蚊媒吸血率约10%,有明显的阻止蚊虫侵入小屋内的作用,减少两种蚊媒入屋率分别为63.2%和70.4%;棉纱网浸后1~219d对上述两种蚊媒的平均死亡率分别为70.5%和73.9%,减少吸血率约15%,减少两种蚊媒入屋率分别为79.3%和65.3%。若浸药网只挂于蚊入口处窗和门上,而不挂于窗阶出口处时,对该两种蚊媒的死亡率较低约为20%,但仍可见减少蚊虫入屋率约65%。试验结果表明:无论PVC网还是棉纱网,只要孔径适宜,浸泡二氯苯醚菊酯后对蚊媒均有毒杀、兴奋驱避、减少吸血率和明显阻止蚊虫侵入屋内的作用。In a laboratory bioassay,500mg ai/m ̄2 permethrin-impregnated PVC wide-mesh nettingand cotton wide-mesh netting caused the average mortalities of 92.1%and 87.9%within 17months respectively on laboratory-bred An. sinensis(PVC mesh size is 0.4×0. 6cm and cottonmesh size is 0.3× 0.5cm).When 500mg ai/m ̄2 permethrin-impregnated PVC wide-mesh net-tings were fixed on the louver window and door and exit window-trap in experimental hut,theycaused the average mortalities of 80.4%for An. sinensis and 73.7%for Cx. tritaeniorhynchuswithin 2~219 days after impregnation. And the feeding rate reduced by 10%for both mosquitos.Meanwhile,by comparison with the control hut,the treated PVC wide-mesh netting possessedthe resistant effect on number of mosquitos invading into the hut.The entry rate was reduced by63.2%for An. sinensis and 70.4%for Cx. tritaeniorhychus.70.5%and 73.9%average mortali-ties of both mosquitos were obtained with 500mg ai/m ̄2 permethrin-impregnated cotton wide-mesh netting within 1~219 days after impregnation respectively.The feeding rate decreased by15%with treated cotton wide-mesh netting. The entry rate decreased by 79.3%for An. sinensisand 65.3%for Cx. tritaeniorhynchus. When the treated wide-mesh nettings were fixed on thelouver window and door only, the lowmortality was obtained at 20%for both mosquitos. But thereduction of entry rate was still at 65%with them.
