心脏囊虫病的临床表现及心电图改变机理初步探讨

摘　　要：本文应用二维超声心动图检查发现有心电图异常的心脏囊虫病３２例，结合超声所见囊虫在心脏的分布情况，以及参考有关的尸检资料，对心电图改变，心脏症状产生的机理进行了探讨。认为囊虫在心脏的占位，机械性损伤，毒性刺激及变态反应，使心肌组织受损，并引起病理改变，从而出现相应的心电图改变和临床症状。其严重程度与囊虫的数目及寄生的部位有关。心电图的动态观察可以判断治疗效果，也可作为判断心脏囊虫病严重程度的一个重要依据。Thirty一two cases of heart一cysticercosis with electrocardiogram abnormality were re一examined by two一 dimensional echocardiography(2DE). The results comfirmed that echocardiography manifestation of heartcysticercosis was characteris-tic for diagnosis.The space occupancy, mechanical or toxic stimulus and allergic reaction in the heartarised from Cysticercus cellulosae directly cause lesions of cardiac muscle tissues,resulting in corre-spondent changes in electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms,the severity of which is relevant to thenumber and location of the parasites. The dynamical observation of electrocardiogram could be used asan important indication for evaluation of therapeutic efficacy on heart一cysticercosis.
