循环抗原阳性对弓形虫病诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：应用双抗体ＥＬＩＳＡ检测弓形虫循环抗原（ＣＡｇ）阳性者的血液及组织液样本４１例，进行病原学对照检查，结果２９例检获弓形虫，两者的符合率达７０．７％。不同样本中的虫体检出率依次为羊水３／３，乳汁１／１，胚胎组织１／１，脑脊液２１／３０，血清３／６。另外，对２９例疑似中枢神经系统弓形虫病患者，取脑脊液进行不同免疫学指标检测。结果，ＣＡｇ于发病３ｄ即可测出，总阳性数为２６例；ＩＨＡ抗体于发病５ｄ出现阳性，阳性数为４例；ＥＬＩｓＡ一ＩｇＭ及ＩｇＧ抗体在发病７ｄ后逐渐出现阳性，阳性数分别为５例和１例。研究结果证实，ＣＡｇ作为弓形虫早期、急性感染的一个指标，具有重要的诊断学意义。This paper reports the results of isolating Toxoplasma gondii from 41 blood samplesand tissue fluids which were circulating antigen positive by ELISA. Among all samples,Toxoplasma was isolated in 26 by inoculating mice and in 3 by blood smears.The positive coincidence rate of CAgand pathogenic results was 70.7%(29/41 )。The detectable rates of Toxoplasma from 41 sampleswere,respectively,3/3 in amniotic fluid,1/1 in milk,1/1 in embryonal homogenate,21/30 in cere- WHO Collaborating Center for Research on Helmithiasis.brospinal fluid(CSF),and 3/6 in the blood. Twenty一nine CSF samples from patients with centralnervous system(CNS)diseases were also analysed.CAg appeared after 3 days of invasion with a posi-tive rate of 89.7%(26/29).Antibodies were detected bv IHA after 5 days of invasion. Positive ratewas only 34.4%(10/29)when IgG and IgM were screened with ELISA;CAg could be an importantindicator of early and acute Toxoplaxma infection,which also has diagnostio significance.
