中期引产用新型单腔连通式双水囊的临床研究

摘　　要：中期引产是重要的终止妊娠手段,传统的水囊引产与利凡诺、黄芫花羊膜腔内注射等引产方法相比较,既有引产时间短,清宫率低,无药物副作用等优点外,亦有失败率高,易发生宫内感染等缺点。我院是综合医院,常有合并肝肾功能损害的病人,不适合用药物引产。为此我们研制了新型单腔连通式双水囊应用于中期引产,并与传统的单水囊引产作临床随机对比观察和研究。good method with shortening delivery time and reducing morbidity.60 pregnant women with 16-26 gesta-tional weeks were selected to the study, they were randomized to 2 groups. The first group: 30 pregnant women recieved induction of labor by a new double water-bag (made by ourselves). The second group:30 preganent women received induction of labor by traditional water-bag. Result: ( 1 ) Successful rate of induction: The first group: 96. 67%, The second group: 83. 33%. (2)The duration between the water-bag insertion and delivery of baby:The first group : 18. 40 hrs. The second group 25. 88 hrs(P<0. 01). (3)Postpartum morbidity: The first group was 3. 45% and the second group 16.00% respectively.
