中国男性节育方法现用率及其决定因素

摘　　要：调查显示,全国输精管结扎现用率为9.6％,农业人口为11.7％,非农业人口2.4％。各省间现用率差别很大。现用率在10％以上的有9个省,主要集中在华东、华南和西南地区。其中,以四川省现用率最高(30.2％),其余省现用率都较低。输精管结扎现用率以30岁以上已有两孩或两孩以上的已婚夫妇最高。经济落后和计划生育管理水平较差的地区输精管结扎现用率高。全国避孕套现用率为1.5％,农业人口为0.6％,非农业人口为5.1％。除北京、天津、上海三个直辖市外,其余省的现用率都较低。避孕套主要是无孩和一孩夫妇使用,在经济文化较为发达的地区现用率略高。中国男性节育方法的现用率尚低,应当鼓励男性承担责任,并积极参与计划生育。The data of this paper come from the first survey of China Family Planning Information Management System conducted in 1992. The survey which is a proportional design covered 30 provinces and municipals (Taiwan is not included). The overall proportion of sampling is 3. 29℃. The size of sample is 385 192,among them,there are 78 873 married women at reproductive age. The survey reveals that the prevalence rate of male sterilization in China is 9. 6 % , 11. 7% among agriculture population, 2. 4% among non-agriculture population. The differences among provinces are very big. It is higher than 10% in 9 provinces, These provinces mainly locate in eastern, southern and south-western China. Among them, Sichuan Province has the highest rate (30. 2%), the others are relatively low. The rate is the highest among the married males who have two or more children and over 30 years old. It also reveals that the prevalence rate of male sterilization is higher in poor areas and places where family planning management is backward,maybe in these areas vasectomy operation is easy and inexpensive.The utilization rate of condom in China is 1. 5% ,0. 6% among agriculture population, 5. 1% of non-agriculture population. The rate is very low except that of Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin. The users are mainly the couples with one child or no child. The rate is higher in richer areas. Generally speaking, the prevalence rate of male contraceptive methods in China is relatively low,we should encourage husbands take fertility regulation methods and actively participate family planning work.
