摘　　要：环枢椎不稳包括由于先天性异常、陈旧性外伤及周围软组织炎症等所引起之环枢椎脱位、半脱位。症状轻重悬殊很大，重者可致四肢瘫、晕厥、窒息等，轻者只有颈痛及活动障碍等。治疗原则为复位、解除脊髓之压迫及重建稳定性。因此，牵引与固定是不可缺之手段，颅环支撑牵引能起到此种作用。本文报道３５例治疗经验，获得较满意的结果。今对各类疾病阐述我们的治疗过程和后果。Atlanto-axial instability means the atlanto-axial dislocatin or subluxation caused by the congenital abnormality,old injuryor the inflammation in the posterior wall of throat.In mild case symptom is only pain in the neck,but tetraplegia can be involedin severe cases.The principles of treatment are the reduction of dislocation,decompression of the cord and restabilization of the neck.The Halo-traction can be used for these purposes.Thirty five cases were reported.
