进境兰花的病毒检测

摘　　要：采用生物测定、血清学测定及电镜观察三种方法对进境的多种兰花进行病毒检测,结果表明:这些兰花均不同程度地带有建兰花叶病毒CyMV)、齿兰环斑病毒(ORSV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)。由于进口兰花带毒的普遍性,考虑到兰花较高的观赏价值和经济价值,建议加强兰花及其试管苗的病毒检疫;针对试管苗含毒可能较低的特点,有必要应用生物测定、血清学检测、电镜观察等多种检测方法相互印证。The techniques of bioassay, serology and electron microscope were applied to detect the viruses infecting many varieties of imported orchids. The results showed that all imported orchids were infected with three viruses Cymbi-dium mosaic virus (CyMV) , Odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV) and Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) to some extent. Because of the widespread virus infection in imported orchids with high economic and ornamental values, we suggested that it should be strengthened the import quarantine of the orchids and cultural orchids in vitro for viruses . For the cultural orchids in vitro probably with low virus concentration, it is necessary to combine several techniques to detect the viruses.
