十指再植术后的康复评定(附1例报告)

摘　　要：1例十指完全离断再植成活的患者。经过4个月的康复治疗,重建的十指恢复部分功能,采用计分制对患者的运动、感觉、主观症状、美容、满意程度及其从事原工作恢复情况等5个方面进行断指再植后的功能评定,体现了现代康复医学思想,强调了患者的主导作用,评估范围全面、客观。The methods and criteria of rehabilitation evaluation for the replanted digit were introduced in this paper. Nakamura and Tamai's scoring was used for hand and digit replantations. Assessment of the hand function and the replanted digits include five aspects: Motion-40 (ROM 20, ADL 20), sensation-20, subjective symptoms-20, cosmesis-10, Patient satisfsction-10. To assess subjective symptoms, cosmesis, and patient satisfaction, a demerit mark system should be used. Final evaluation is as following: excellent: 100-80; good: 79-60; fair 59-40; poor 39-0. After rehabilitation treatment the function of the right and left hand are scored 72.5 and 63.3 respectively. Both of the hands were function ally good. We think this evaluation method combined hand surgery clinic with rehabilitation medicine, therefore it repreaented the idea of modern rehabilitation.
