老年糖尿病与冠心病及高脂血症患者血清中微量元素含量的测定

摘　　要：226例健康老年人,老年糖尿病、冠心病及高脂血症患者采用原子吸收光谱分析法检测其血清酮、锌、钙、镁4种元素。结果表明老年糖尿病和高脂血症组血清锌低于健康老年人(对照组),高脂血症组血清铜低于对照组,糖尿病和冠心病组血清钙高于对照组,差异均有显著意义。The serum levels of 4 trace elements (Cu++,Zn++,Ca++ and Mg++) were determined by atomic absorption spectrum analysis in 226 healthy old people, old patients with diabetes, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia. The results indicated that the serum level of Zn in old patients with diabetes and hyperlipi-demia was lower than that of control group, the serum level of Cu++ in patients with hyperlipidemia lower than that of control group, and the serum level of Ca++ in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease higher than that of control, with the differences being statistically significant.
