拉氧头孢体外抗菌活性研究

摘　　要：测定进口分装拉氧头孢对６２５株致病菌的体外抗菌活性，并与原装进口拉氧头孢及其它６种抗菌剂进行了比较。结果显示：拉氧头孢对肠杆菌科的常见致病菌具有强大抗菌活性，ＭＩＣ（９０）均≤８μｇ／ｍｌ，抑菌率均在９０％以上。其抗菌作用与头孢他啶、氨曲南、亚胺培南和环丙沙星相似，略优于头孢噻肟和头孢哌酮。本品对绿脓假单胞菌也有一定作用，ＭＩＣ（９０）为８μｇ／ｍｌ；对不动杆菌作用差。本品对金葡球菌中度敏感，其ＭＩＣ（５０）和ＭＩＣ（９０）分别为４和１６μｇ／ｍｌ，抑菌率为８１％，与头孢他啶相似。本品对表葡球菌和粪链球菌作用较差，对四联球菌中度敏感。进口分装拉氧头孢与原装进口产品的体外抗菌活性无显著差别；大多数细菌的ＭＩＣ和ＭＢＣ亦无显著性差别。本研究为进口分装拉氧头孢的临床应用提供参考。The in-vitro antibacterial activitv of moxalactam which was repacked from imported raw material(MOX,)was tested against 625 strains of commonly encountered bacterial pathogens and was compared with cefotaxime,cefoperazone,ceftazidime,imipenem,aztreonam,ciprofloxacin and moxalactam(MOX2)made in Japan. Resultsindicated that MOX1 had a broad spectrum of antibacterial activities against common bacterial pathogens,and agreed fairly well with the activities of MOX2,MOX1 had high antibacterial action against straing of Enterobacteriaceae.This drug inhibited more than 90%strains ofEnterobacteriaceae at a concentration of 8μg/ml.Their MIC(90)s were comparable with those of ceftazidime,aztreonam,imipenem and ciprofloxacin, and were better than thcoe ofcefotaxime and cefoperazone. The antibacterial activities of MOXl against S.aureus were similar of that of ceftazidime. MOX1 exhibited a moderatd degree of activity against Gaffkyatetragena and had antibacterial activity against the majority of P. aeruginosa. Acinetobacter,Staphy. epidermidis and Strep,facealis were mostly resistant to MOX1.The MIC and MBC of moxalactam were similar.
