摘  要:用Nitrocefin法检测到多重耐药大肠杆菌HX88108及其4株质粒转化菌内均含有β-内酰胺酶;酶稳定性实验显示大肠杆茵HX88108的4个质粒所编码的β-内酰胺酶对8种β-内酰胺类抗生素的水解享及对头孢哌酮的水解扫描光谱各不相同;PAGE实验表明大肠杆菌HX88108内含有几条β-内酰胺酶条带,4个质粒编码的β-内酰胺酶条带在凝胶上的位置互不相同,但都与大肠杆菌HX88108的1条β-内酰胺酶条带的位置相同。以上结果提示:大肠杆菌HX88108内的4个质粒编码4种不同的β-内酰胺酶,从而介导大肠杆菌HX88108对多种β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药。By means of nitrocefin,β-lactamase were detected in a multi-resistant E.coli strain,E. coli HX88108 and its 4 plasmid transformants. The β-lactamase stability testshowed that the hydrolysis rates of 8 tested β-lactam antibiotics with the β-lactamasesencoded by the 4 plasmids were different;and their hydrolysis spectrum of cefoperazone werenot similar either.PAGE experiment revealed that E.coli HX88108 contained several β-lactamase bands,and band location of the β-lactamases encoded by the 4 plasmids weredifferent but each was same as one of β-lactamase bands of E. coli HX88108.These resultsdemonstrated that 4 plasmids of E. coli HX88108 encoded 4 different β-lactamases andmediated the strain exhibiting strongly resistance to β-lactam antibiotics.
