摘　　要：抗生素８９－０７效价的微生物检定法赵敏，杨晓伟，胡小玲，汪洁（江苏省微生物研究所，无锡２１４０６３）试验了抗生素８９－０７对４种检定菌的敏感性，比较了不同培养基和缓冲液对抑菌圈的影响，考核了３种检定菌的效价测定数据，测试了标准曲线的直线范围浓度，据此...The in vivo protective effect of antibiotic 89-07 was compared with thoseof gentamicin netilmicin,amikacin and tobramycin in systemic infection with S.attreus,K。pneumoniae,E。coli and P,aeruginosa in mice,Restilts showed that the therapeutic efficacyof antibiotic 89- 07 was slightly less effective than netilmicin and was similar or superior tothose of gentamicin,amikacin and tobramycin,In ascending urinary tract infections with E。coli in mice,the therapeutic effect of antibiotic 89-07 was slightly superior to those oftobramycin and amikacin,and antibiotic 89- 07 was 6.8 times more effective than gentamicin.
